Guests to our annual retreat in Byron come to reset and recharge, ready for an awesome year ahead. Wellness experiences are woven into every day of the program to help facilitate this important renewal.
With a theme of Growth, our 2022 Byron Retreat is going to encourage guests to focus on self-reflection, self-care and healing. To help facilitate this healing, we are providing an array of therapies with respected healers from the Byron region.
We're excited to offer an extended wellness program that will provide further opportunity to replenish the mind, body and spirit.
The following treatments are provided as optional extras for our guests and are available on Sunday during the Retreat program.

SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical instruments and implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
Singing Bowl Therapy uses Quartz crystal bowls and Gongs tuned at strategic frequencies for healing different parts of the body and mind. Hauntingly beautiful, the melodies of the crystal bowls use tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
90 minute private Sound Healing = $150
KINESIOLOGY
Kinesiology encompasses holistic health disciplines which use the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person’s well being.
Originating in the 1970’s, it combines Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Kinesiology is not limited to dealing with ailments. Energy balancing brings a person closer to achieving any goal of their choice ~ in sport, relationships, learning or coping with life in general.
90 minute private Kinesiology Session = $120
MASSAGE
Massage treatments include relaxation, remedial or Kahuna.
Kahuna is a technique which employs flowing strokes of the hands, elbows and forearms to stimulate the flow of energy throughout the client's body and synchronise their breath and heartbeat. In the language of native Hawaiians, the word "kahuna" is derived from "huna" which means "secret knowledge".
90 minute private Massage = $140
REIKI
Reiki is a form of complementary therapy relating to energy healing. Proponents say that it works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner’s palms to the client.
Developed in the late 19th century, reiki is applied through non-invasive, non-manipulative gentle touch. Originating in Japan, this form of therapy aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and wellbeing.
60 minute private Reiki Session (including Crystal Balancing) = $90
NUTRITION
As we investigated at the 2021 Retreat, gut health is inextricably intertwined with our overall physical, mental and emotional health. For next year, we're putting our money where out mouth is, and creating a special wellness menu that will leave guests feeling lighter, healthier and happier.
Local nutritionist Josh Reed is offering private consultations to Retreat guests to assess diet and make suggestions for improvements to meet health goals.
